BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION PARADE FORM ENTRY

Please fill the form out to be a participant in the Bicentennial Celebration Parade.

Parade Starts at 10 AM at the parking lot of Christ Chapel, 68 Old Zebulon Rd. Zebulon, GA 30295. Please have all participants there and ready to go by 9:15AM

All persons operating any of the following motorized vehicles: Motorcycle riders will be required to wear a helmet without exception during the parade. Anyone not wearing a helmet will be removed from the parade. Any unlicensed/untagged vehicles that deviate from parade route will be subject to enforcement action and possible impound. All vehicle operators must carry a valid Driver's License. Note: Golf Cart and ATV's/UTV's with seat belts are not required to wear helmets during the parade. However, seatbelts must be fastened during the entire parade. Candy will be permitted, please have walkers to toss candy to sidewalks, not in the roads. Thank you!
