SET-UP INFORMATION

SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL PROCESS

All Vendor Applications must be turned into the city and the fee of $25 (for the entire event)  paid no later than August 18, 2025 by EOD.  You may pay by cash, card, or check made payable to the City of Zebulon.  Your submission will be reviewed and approved/declined on or before August 20, 2025. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations, regardless of reason, will forfeit their entry fee into this event.

Cancellation due to Inclement Weather and Conditions Beyond the Control of the city:   The event will be held rain or shine, but in the event of severe, violent weather the event will be canceled. A decision to cancel the event will be made by 5:00 AM on the day of the event. An email will be sent to notify vendors of the closing. In the event of violent weather, a representative may determine that the event shall end early. In that case, all vendors must cease selling and leave the event area immediately. No refund of fees will be given for cancellation due to inclement weather or other conditions beyond the control of the City.
